- Drink your water
- Workout more then 3 times a week
- start lifting because you want that nice toned body right, and constantly check your Instagram to see other fit pages for motivation
Oh and can't forget - clean eating clean eating clean eating as if someones shoving a watermelon in your face constantly.
Well not much of that is far off for living a healthy lifestyle, but a lot of us can be so hard on ourselves when we see these pages(instafit) and when we don't see results as quickly. We often forget to love the journey to becoming healthy and more importantly becoming happy within yourself.
So here is a little quote to make you feel better about yourself, and to not be so hard on yourself
just because someone out there (on insta) has a really nice body ( insert me crying here) doesn't mean you can't get to your goal too, whatever it may be!
So just some tips:
Drink water more often it helps with digestion, hydrates you, you know does all that good stuff
Workout to feel better and healthy and for you! (not for a number on the scale)
Workout with your best friend it makes the gym that much better! (i'm talking to you megs xo)
Nourish your body with the foods it needs to work its best.
Give yourself one day to treat yourself so you don't go Kardashian crazy on your best friend :)
And remember you, yes you are unique and beautiful and no other is like you!
